1. This package is open for all self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement cases.
2. This package is applicable to Malaysians only.
3. This package includes 5 days 4 nights stay only and subject to availability of room types.
4. Full deposit will be collected upon admission.
5. This package is not applicable to any complications or extra procedures that occur or are required during or after the surgery.
6. This package is valid from 1 November 2024 until 31 March 2025.
