Terms and conditions

1. The package is inclusive of pre-vaccination assessment by doctor and injection fee.

2. The package includes 2 doses, which must be completed within four (4) months from the first injection.

3. The package is valid for patients four (4) years old and above.

4. The package is exclusively for self-paying patients, applicable for both Malaysian or non-Malaysian.

5. The package is eligible for outpatient only.

6. The package is not applicable for any complications or side effects that may occur during or after vaccination.

7. The package is valid until 31 December 2025.
